Do I have to make an appointment?
No, but it’s definitely recommended — it gets you quicker service and a better expectation of how long your repair may take. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Can I just get a quote?
Sure thing — give us a call and we can quote tires or parts on the spot. If you’re troubleshooting a problem, we’d need to diagnose the vehicle first so the quote is honest.
How long will the repairs take?
That’s entirely up to the level of the job — but our estimates are usually pretty accurate. We have a comfortable lobby, or you can leave your vehicle with us.
Can I leave my vehicle overnight?
Absolutely — our shop has 24/7 surveillance, so your vehicle is safe staying with us overnight.
Do you provide towing?
We’re partnered with local towing companies to get your vehicle to us — call and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Do you have financing options?
For certain items like tires and wheels, we have Affirm available — get what you need today and split it into payments.

Will you install auto parts that I buy myself?
That’s not a problem. Whether it’s tires, wheels, or another part, we charge you just for the install time.
Do you repair tires?
Yes — and properly. We do inside patch-plug repairs, not just a quick plug to get you by, and we’ll tell you straight when a tire can’t safely be saved.
Why does my car smell musty when I use the A/C?
It’s possible you need a new cabin filter! It’s often overlooked — your vehicle’s air conditioning system has a filter just for your cabin air. If the air’s also not blowing cold, see our A/C repair & recharge page.
How do I know the repairs will be done right?
Our mechanics are certified experts and we make sure the job is done correct. If you experience any issues, we’re always just a phone call away.
How big of a tire can you handle?
We balance up to 38 inches — and we’ll mount and install bigger. Lifted trucks and off-road setups are kind of our thing.
