The Right Oil for Your Engine

Clean oil is the cheapest insurance your engine will ever get. At Tire Express & Complete Auto Service, we use the right oil and filter for your specific vehicle, top off your fluids, and give it a courtesy once-over — then get you back on the road, usually in about 30 minutes.

Every Oil, Every Engine

From daily commuters to high-mileage workhorses, we carry the full range and help you pick what actually fits your car and your budget — not whatever has the biggest markup.

Full Synthetic

Maximum protection and the longest intervals — ideal for modern engines, turbos, and Florida heat.

Synthetic Blend

A strong step up from conventional at a friendlier price — great all-around protection.

Conventional

A reliable, budget-friendly choice for older engines and shorter service intervals.

High-Mileage

Special formulas for engines over 75k miles — helps condition seals and reduce leaks and burn-off.

Oil Change Pricing

Simple and honest — premium Castrol oil included, with a full inspection of your tires, brakes, belts, and fluids on every visit.

What’s In Every Oil Change

More Than Just New Oil

New Oil Filter

A fresh, quality filter every time — not just a top-off. Clean oil needs a clean filter.

Oil to Spec

The exact grade and amount your manufacturer calls for — full synthetic, blend, conventional, or high-mileage.

Top-Off Fluids

We check and top off your essential fluids while you’re here — washer, coolant, and more.

Courtesy Inspection

A multi-point look at your tires, brakes, belts, and fluids — so small issues don’t become big ones.

Eco Disposal

Your old oil and filter are recycled and disposed of responsibly — the right way, every time.

Honest Advice

If we spot something, we tell you straight — what needs attention now and what can safely wait.

Not a Conveyor Belt

More Than a Quick-Lube

The fast-lube chains move you through in minutes and hope you upgrade to something you don’t need. We’re a full auto-repair shop — so the same techs who change your oil can actually fix what they find, and they’ll tell you the truth about whether you need it.

  • Experienced techs, not a rushed assembly line
  • A real inspection that catches problems early
  • One shop for oil, brakes, tires, and full repair

Oil Change Questions, Answered

Straight answers — the same ones we’d give you at the counter.

How much is an oil change in Ocala?

A full synthetic oil change is $79.95 and a diesel oil change is $129.95, both using premium Castrol oil. Every oil change includes a new filter, topped-off fluids, and a full inspection of your tires, brakes, belts, and fluids. Veterans, active military, and first responders save 20%.

How often should I change my oil?

It depends on your vehicle and the oil. As a general guide: conventional oil every 3,000-5,000 miles, synthetic blend around 5,000-7,500, and full synthetic often 7,500-10,000 — but always follow your owner’s manual. Florida heat and stop-and-go driving can shorten those intervals, and we’ll give you an honest recommendation for how you actually drive.

Synthetic or conventional – which do I need?

Modern engines, turbos, and newer vehicles usually call for full synthetic, and it holds up best in Florida heat. Older engines and tighter budgets can do fine on a blend or conventional. We’ll check what your manufacturer specifies and never push you to a pricier oil your car doesn’t need.

How long does an oil change take?

Most oil changes are done in about 30 minutes, and you’re welcome to wait. Walk-ins are fine; call ahead if you’d like to lock in a time.

What’s included in an oil change?

A new oil filter, fresh oil to your manufacturer’s spec, topped-off fluids, a courtesy multi-point inspection, and responsible disposal of your old oil and filter. If we spot anything, we tell you straight – what needs attention and what can wait.

Do you offer a discount for veterans or first responders?

Yes. Veterans, active military, and first responders get 20% off every service, including oil changes – just let us know when you check in. Thank you for your service.

Do you service my make and model?

Almost certainly. We service all makes and models, foreign and domestic, from daily drivers to trucks. As a full auto-repair shop we can also handle anything the inspection turns up.

Due for an Oil Change?

Fresh Oil, No Hassle

Call or stop by — we’ll get you the right oil and filter, top off your fluids, give it a once-over, and have you back on the road fast. Walk-ins welcome.
